Taylor Saporito

Taylor Saporito has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.

In 2012, Taylor worked at Martin Mobility as an Internet Sales, Geriatric and Home Health Placement Consultant. They then joined OwnLocal in 2014 as a Customer Service Representative before moving into roles such as Customer Support Manager and Product Support Manager from 2016 to 2017.

From 2017 to 2020, Taylor worked at TrendKite, where they held positions such as Account Architect, Enterprise Account Architect, and Customer Support Manager.

In 2020, Taylor joined ShipperHQ as the Head of Support, where they stayed until 2022. Currently, Taylor is a Manager of Production Support at findhelp, starting in October 2022.

Throughout their career, Taylor has gained valuable experience in customer support, account management, and leadership roles.

Taylor Saporito began their education at the University of North Texas in 2007, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology. Taylor completed their studies at this institution in 2014. In 2012, Taylor also attended Austin Community College, focusing on Anthropology. This educational experience lasted until 2013.
