Joshua Charles

Joshua Charles has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Joshua recently joined FINEOS as a Solution Reliability Engineer in February 2022. Prior to that, they worked at The Home Depot as a Lead Software Engineer from February 2020 to January 2022. From 2012 to 2018, they served as an IVR Engineer/Software Developer at InComm. In 2011, they briefly worked as a C# Developer at Code Grail. Joshua started their career in 2006 at Roulac Global Places, where they held the position of Team Leader/Contractor Manager until 2008, overseeing document summation for litigation support. Joshua also gained experience as an IT Work Study at SPSU from 2009 to 2011.

Joshua Charles earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Morehouse College, where they studied from 2002 to 2007. Joshua later pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Science at Southern Polytechnic State University, attending from 2009 to 2012. In addition to their academic achievements, Joshua Charles obtained the SAFe 5 Practitioner Certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in February 2023.
