Huong D N. has worked in various roles in the UX research and content planning fields since 2017. In 2021, they began working as a UX Researcher for Finhay, where they conduct end-to-end generative and evaluative research projects to directly inform the design process as well as product development process. Huong D also performs a wide range of user research methods such as user interview, usability testing (moderated and unmoderated), survey, card sorting, persona, customer journey mapping, etc. In 2020, Huong worked as a UX Researcher and UX Writer for One Mount Group. Huong D also worked as a Content Planner for Unstatic Ltd Co and a UX Researcher for Onteractive.eu in 2020. In 2019, they worked as a Business Analyst Intern for VNP Group and a UX Researcher for Onteractive.eu. Additionally, Huong was a Member of Communications Department and Web User Acquisition Leader for HRC (Human Resources Club) from 2017-2019, where they participated in the operation of website hrc.com.vn, led the User Acquisition and Branding Team, created content on career guidance and employment preparation, and interviewed top 40 contestants for content insights.

Huong D N has obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Finance and Banking from the Foreign Trade University between 2017 and 2021. Prior to that, they attended Hanoi - Amsterdam High School for the Gifted from 2014 to 2017. Additionally, Huong D N has obtained several certifications, including Data-Driven Design: Quantitative Research for UX from the Interaction Design Foundation (IxDF) in December 2022, User Research – Methods and Best Practices from the Interaction Design Foundation (IxDF) in November 2022, Conducting Usability Testing from the Interaction Design Foundation in January 2022, Become a UX Designer from Scratch from the Interaction Design Foundation in October 2021, Marketing Tools: Growth Marketing from LinkedIn in May 2021, and Introduction to SQL from DataCamp in November 2020.
