Sei-Wai Tse

Sei-Wai Tse is an experienced professional in scientific and regulatory affairs with a strong background in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as the Group Scientific and Regulatory Affairs Manager at Finlays since October 2021, Tse has previously held the position of Food Regulatory Manager at Amazon UK from September 2016 to October 2021 and worked as an R&D Technical Consultant at Leyton UK for a brief period in 2016. Tse's expertise also includes a tenure as Science & Regulatory Affairs Manager at The Coca-Cola Company, with earlier roles including Technical Information Advisor at the Institute of Food Safety, Integrity and Protection and SRA Manager at The Coca-Cola Company from 2003 to 2009. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Nutrition from King's College London and a BSc in Chemistry with Medicinal Chemistry from the University of Warwick.
