Adrian Roethlisberger

Adrian Roethlisberger has extensive experience in human resources and consulting. Adrian started their career in 2008 as a (Junior) Associate at CGZ Consulting Group Zurich, Ltd. From 2008 to 2013, they worked at BKW FMB Energie AG, where they held various roles, including Specialist HR Recruiting & Employer Branding and HR Consultant. In 2013, they joined the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA as an HR Manager and later became the Head of Human Resources. During their time at FINMA, Adrian was responsible for personnel management, developing HR processes, advising senior management, and implementing HR policies and strategies aligned with the organization's objectives. In 2018, they co-founded CamPride BOOKBRIDGE Learning Center in Cambodia and built a self-sustaining social enterprise before handing it over to the management.

From 2018 to 2019, Adrian attended ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences, where they pursued a CAS International Leader & Entrepreneur degree in the field of Entrepreneurship / Entrepreneurship Studies.

In 2017, Adrian completed a Seminar series on becoming a Manager for agile organizational development at Quadriga University of Applied Sciences.

In 2015, Adrian obtained a Zertifikat "Fit for Finance" from the University of St.Gallen, focusing on Bank- und Finanzdienstleistungen (Banking and Financial Services).

Also in 2015, Adrian pursued a CAS in Excellence in HR Management at Berner Fachhochschule BFH.

In 2012, Adrian attended the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW, where they earned a CAS in Personnel Selection and Development.

From 2002 to 2007, Adrian studied Business Administration at the University of Bern, obtaining an MScBA degree.

In 2000, Adrian received a Federal certificate of qualification as an electronics specialist from GIBB Industrial Vocational School Berne, with a focus on Electronics.

Adrian has also obtained additional certifications, including the ITIL® 4 Leader: Digital & IT Strategy Certificate and the ITIL® 4 Strategist: Direct, Plan and Improve Certificate from AXELOS Global Best Practice in August 2021 and July 2021, respectively. Additionally, they hold the ITIL® Foundation in IT Service Management Certificate, which they obtained in April 2020.
