Jan Salonen

Jan Salonen's work experience includes various roles at Finnair, Finnair Technical Operations, Finnair Technical Services, and Helsinki University of Technology.

At Finnair, Jan worked as the Head of Project Management Office, Head of Design Organisation (EASA Part-21 DOA), Manager of Airworthiness Office (EASA Part-21 DOA), and an Airworthiness Engineer.

At Finnair Technical Operations, Jan served as the Manager of Cabin Engineering from June 2013 to December 2020.

At Finnair Technical Services, Jan held the positions of Manager of Systems from September 2011 to June 2013, and Manager of Aircraft Interiors from October 2006 to September 2011.

Lastly, Jan worked as a Researcher and Research Assistant at Helsinki University of Technology from January 2003 to August 2005, and from August 2000 to December 2002 respectively.

Jan Salonen attended Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan from 1994 to 2002, where they earned a M.Sc. degree in Aeronautical Engineering.
