Sari Fairchild

Sari Fairchild has extensive work experience in the aviation industry. Sari began their career in 1995 with Ilmailulaitos, working in the Commercial Division. Sari then joined Finnair Plc in 1997 as a Client Manager, later becoming the Sales Director for Corporate Sales and Customer Relationship Management. At Finnair, they negotiated and coordinated global corporate agreements and implemented a client management system on an international level. In 2006, they became the Sales Unit Director for Denmark, responsible for business development, sales, revenue generation, and team leadership. Sari also held roles as the Director of Service Product Management and the Head of Global Corporate Sales. In 2011, they joined MPS Executive Search Oy as a Senior Consultant in Executive Search. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at Momentous Oy as a Senior Consultant in Executive Search, conducting executive assessments and management audits. In 2018, they returned to Finnair as the Head of Sales for Finland, where they led sales teams and implemented the global sales strategy.

Sari Fairchild's education history begins in 1988 when they attended Birnam Business College and earned an Advanced Executive Diploma in Business Administration. Sari then attended the University of the Witwatersrand from 1989 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International Relations. Their fields of study during this period were International Relations, English, and Political Studies. In 2008, Sari enrolled at Aalto University and completed their Master in Business Administration (Executive MBA) in 2009, focusing on Business Economics and Management. Additionally, in April 2013, they obtained a Personality Assessment Certificate from MPS.
