Mária S. has a diverse work experience. In 2011, they were a Resident Assistant at SSH (Stichting Studenten Huisvesting). In 2013, they interned at Poet|Farmer, where they conducted research for several company accounts and contributed to the company blog. In 2014, they interned at Colegio Tia Tula, where they assisted the marketing and external relations department. In 2015, they were a Junior Media Planner at OMD Czech, where they prepared media plans, data analyses, and reports for FMCG clients. In 2016, they were a Brand Marketing Specialist Velkopopovický Kozel at Plzeňský Prazdroj, where they developed marketing campaigns from briefing to evaluation, shot a TV commercial, and created award-winning digital content. In 2018, they were a Marketing & Event Manager at Chefparade Cooking School Prague, where they organized Foodparade attended by 7,000 visitors in less than 4 months. In 2019, they were a Project Manager at PLATFORM, where they acted as a product owner and worked on the design and development of the payment app SkipCash and websites for real estate and health insurance clients. In 2020, they were a Project Lead at Swiss Re, where they led cross-country implementation of a new SaaS expense management tool for 5 entities, 20 company locations and over 13,000 employees. Her other responsibilities included stakeholder management, project planning and reporting, issue management, risk management and risk mitigation, steering committee communication, and work stream alignment. Currently, they are a Senior Delivery Manager at Finologee.

Mária S. began their education in 2008 at The Regent's School Bangkok, where they completed their High School education with a focus on International Baccalaureate (Business, Economics, English literature). Mária then continued their studies at Erasmus University Rotterdam, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Communication and Media in 2013. Mária then obtained a Master of Arts (MA) in Media Studies and Business in 2014. Additionally, Mária S. has obtained certifications from APMG International and AXELOS Global Best Practice, including AgilePM® Foundation and PRINCE2® Foundation Certification Training, in October 2022 and April 2022 respectively.
