Lekha Chandran

Lekha Chandran has worked as a Human Resources Executive at Finova Capital since March 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Intern at Mahindra Rise from May 2018 to November 2018.

Lekha Chandran completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resources Development from Banasthali Vidyapith between 2017 and 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree from the same institution between 2014 and 2017. In addition to their formal education, Lekha obtained certifications in "Introduction to Banking" and "Introduction to Modern Human Resource Management" from Alison - Free Online Learning in July 2018. It is unknown when Lekha obtained the "WEST" certification from Wheebox.
