Lejla Mujic

Lejla Mujic has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Lejla is currently working as the Head of Partnerships at Finshark since 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Business Development Manager at the same company from September 2022 to May 2023.

Before joining Finshark, Lejla worked as a Project Manager at ZenDev AB from March 2021 to July 2022, where they played a key role in driving the success of projects and aligning them with business goals.

From January 2020 to March 2021, they served as the Head of Customer Success at SEEBA - Your Business Partner, where they focused on helping customers maximize the value they received from the company and handled legal matters as the Head of Legal. Lejla also supported the Marketing Team as a Digital Marketing Specialist.

Earlier in their career, Lejla worked as a Project Development and Monitoring and Evaluation Assistant at IOM - UN Migration from February 2019 to December 2019. Prior to that, they worked at the Swedish Migration Agency, where they held the positions of Decision Maker and Case Officer from April 2015 to February 2019. In these roles, they ensured qualitative legal application and actively enhanced professional and personal development amongst case officers.

Lejla also has experience in the retail industry, having worked as Sales Staff at Lindex from January 2014 to February 2015, and as a Senior Sales Professional at Esprit from January 2010 to January 2014.

Lejla started their career as a Legal Advisor at Villaägarnas Riksförbund, the Swedish National Association of Homeowners, in August 2014, where they provided legal advice and guidance to members.

Lejla Mujic obtained a Master of Laws - LLM degree in Law from Örebro University, where they studied from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Legal Sciences at Örebro University from 2011 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, Lejla has obtained several certifications including Adaptive Project Leadership from the Project Management Institute in March 2021, Project Management Foundations: Communication from LinkedIn Learning in March 2021, IT Project Management from Coursera in November 2020, Certified Fitness Instructor EQF level 3 from EuropeActive in July 2020, The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google in January 2020, and Google Analytics for Beginners from Google in January 2020.
