Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in health, nutrition, and business management. As the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana oversees an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Mariana has also served as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Mariana previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019 and worked as a nutritionist in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019. Additionally, Mariana held a position as a university instructor at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching applied mathematics for nutrition and the history of food.
