Cristina Nila

Cristina Nila, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Cristina currently holds the position of Group VP of Finance at FintechOS, a role they started in January 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Financial Director at FintechOS from October 2018 to December 2020.

Before joining FintechOS, Cristina worked as the Financial Director at Softelligence Romania from May 2016 to October 2018. Their responsibilities included managing financial operations, providing commercial finance and business reports, and participating in strategic planning decisions.

Prior to Softelligence Romania, Cristina worked as the Financial Director at BRITCOM DIRECT / CYCLEON RECARE - Reverse Logistics Group Gmbh from April 2007 to February 2016. In this role, they were responsible for accurate and timely closing of accounting books, revenue assurance, cash flow management, and maintaining contact with banks and audit companies. Cristina also played a significant role in investor relations and managing the due diligence process.

Earlier in their career, Cristina served as a Financial Controller/Project Manager at SOROCAM - GROUPE COLAS from September 2001 to April 2007. Cristina also worked as a System and Database Administrator at EUROVIA ROMANIA SA – GROUPE VINCI FRANCE from February 2000 to September 2001.

With a strong background in finance and extensive experience in financial management and strategy, Cristina Nila is a valuable asset to any organization.

Cristina Nila earned a Bachelor's degree in Engineering - Industrial robots from the Technical University of Bucharest from 1989 to 1995. Cristina then obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Management Information Systems from the Academic University Athenaeum from 2005 to 2009. Cristina Nila furthered their education by completing a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers from 2008 to 2010. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in HR Management and Project Management from Institutul Eurocor.
