Mariana Henriques

Mariana Henriques has a strong background in marketing and product management. In their current role at FintechOS, they serve as the Senior Director of Industry & Solution Marketing, responsible for global product marketing. Prior to joining FintechOS, Mariana held the position of Director of Industry & Solution Marketing and GTM at OutSystems, where they led the marketing strategy and go-to-market initiatives for solutions and verticals globally. Mariana also worked as the Senior Manager of Industry & Solution Marketing and GTM at OutSystems, focusing on positioning the platform to cater to customer business needs and increase awareness in the US market. Before joining OutSystems, Mariana worked at Microsoft in various roles, including Developer Evangelism & Marketing Manager and Product Marketing Manager. Mariana started their career as an Art Director Trainee at TBWA.

Mariana Henriques has a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Psychology of Emotions from ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, which they obtained from 2010 to 2012. Mariana also holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Management from Nova School of Business and Economics, which they earned from 2006 to 2009. Additionally, Mariana attended Lisbon Ad School from 2009 to 2010, where they studied Advertising (Art Direction) and Restart from 2009 to 2010, focusing on Graphic Design. Mariana also studied Management at the University of Copenhagen from 2008 to 2009, obtaining a Bachelor's degree. Mariana has several certifications, including Agile Marketing Foundations and UX Design: 3 Creating Personas from LinkedIn, CAP de Formador from IEFP - Instituto de Emprego e Formação Profissional, Positive Psychology Intervention from APEIPP, and Baby FACS Coder from ISCTE-IUL. Mariana also holds a CAE - Certificate in Advanced English from the British Council.
