Paisley Keys has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Paisley currently works as a Talent Acquisition Lead at FintechOS, where they lead talent acquisition efforts across Western Europe, UK, and the US. Prior to this role, Paisley held various positions at PA Consulting, including Digital Talent Acquisition Lead and Digital Talent Acquisition. In these roles, they successfully hired a significant number of consultants and contributed to the growth of the Digital practice. Paisley also served as the Head of Digital Recruitment at Phi Partners, where they established internal recruitment processes and procedures for a fast-growing IT consultancy. Additionally, they worked at dsp Global as an Internal Recruitment Manager and Internal Recruiter, managing full-cycle recruitment and collaborating with business stakeholders. Paisley began their career as a Recruitment Consultant at Real Staffing Group, specializing in sales recruitment and building long-term relationships with clients and candidates. Finally, Paisley worked as a Bus Driver at Cape Byron YHA in Byron Bay.

Paisley Keys attended Fanshawe College from 2003 to 2006, where they obtained a BA degree in Interior Design.
