Roxana Talef has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Roxana is currently working at FintechOS as the Product Enablement Director, a role they started in October 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Training Manager at FintechOS from December 2021 to October 2023, and as a Learning Solutions Architect from July 2021 to December 2021.

Before joining FintechOS, Roxana worked at Orange Services as a Learning Services Project Manager from October 2020 to July 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Lenovo as a Sales Learning & Development Specialist from February 2019 to September 2020. Their earliest listed role was at Oracle, where they served as a Learning Operations & Administration Analyst from October 2017 to February 2019.

Roxana Talef has a strong educational background with a focus on literature and instructional design. Roxana earned a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics - Comparative Literature from Universitatea "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" din Iași in 2014. Roxana then pursued and obtained a Master's degree in Universal and Comparative Literature from the same institution, which they completed in 2016. In 2015, Roxana also had the opportunity to study abroad through a mobility scholarship at Université Sorbonne Nouvelle, where they focused on Comparative Literature.

In terms of professional development, Roxana has obtained various certifications and completed advanced courses. Roxana completed a MicroMasters program in Educational/Instructional Media Design from the University of Maryland Global Campus from 2019 to 2021. Roxana has also completed courses and obtained certifications in fields such as project management, instructional design, leadership, and knowledge management. Roxana continually seeks to enhance their skills and knowledge through ongoing professional development opportunities.
