Vijaykumar Panchagatti

Vijaykumar Panchagatti has a strong work experience in the IT industry. Vijaykumar began their career in 1994 as a Software Engineer - Developer at Inventa Software (India) Pvt. Ltd. In 1996, they moved to Deutsche Software Ltd as a Technical Lead. In 2001, they joined HCL Technologies as a Manager. At HCL, they managed all phases of projects from conception to completion, developed project tracking and variance reports, created project documentation, provided risk assessment and reviewed estimates. In 2005, they moved to Unisys India as a Director IT. In this role, they established the organization's first testing practice (200 members) and led the testing Unit for all IT Service Management Systems. Vijaykumar managed a team of 140 members and defined TMMi - Testing Maturity Model for the testing practice. Vijaykumar also tracked projects, finalized policies and procedures, acquired approval from the customer, and ensured meeting of deadlines while keeping management and key stakeholders informed on project progress, status and/or concerns. In 2020, they joined Fintso as a Core Member, VP & Head of Technology.

Vijaykumar Panchagatti obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science & Engineering from the University of Mysore between 1989 and 1993. Vijaykumar also holds certifications in Prince2 Practitioner, ITIL V3 - Foundation, and CMMi - SEI Certified ATM (Appraisal Team Member).
