Kiri Pegasiou

Kiri Pegasiou is an accomplished Head Chef with extensive experience in the culinary industry, currently leading as Head Chef at Evolve since July 2023. Previous roles include Head Chef positions at Berkeley Scott and Signature Care LLC, as well as Executive Chef at The Deli Bar, where Kiri contributed to establishing a respected brand in the local community. Significant achievements include setting up a healthy café within Decathlon's flagship store and managing two busy London restaurants as Executive Chef at Sebars Ltd. Kiri's foundational training includes an NVQ in Hotel and Catering from Merton College.
