Eric Egleston

Eric Egleston currently serves as Operating Partner and Head of Portfolio Management at Firmament, focusing on enhancing leadership capabilities and executing value capture initiatives within portfolio companies. Previously, Eric was a Partner at McKinsey and Company for 15 years, where leadership spanned the Advanced Industries sector, emphasizing growth transformations and innovative digital solutions for clients in various sectors, including renewable energy and waste management. Under Eric's management as Location Managing Partner of McKinsey’s Dallas office, the office saw significant growth and employee satisfaction. Eric also founded McKinsey’s North American Industrial Services Practice and has a strong foundation in climate change research, originating from a Ph.D. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Princeton University, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in the same field from the University of California, Berkeley.
