Kristin Benner

Kristin Benner is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various roles within the legal field. Currently serving as VP of Legal and Contracts Administration at First Advantage since October 2012, Kristin has also held positions as Director of Legal and Contracts and Senior Counsel. Prior to joining First Advantage, Kristin worked as an Associate Attorney at Shapiro, Fishman & Gache, L.L.P., specializing in plaintiff's foreclosure litigation and managing approximately 1200 cases. Kristin's experience includes serving as a Staff Attorney at Jabil, where responsibilities included negotiating critical supplier purchase agreements across multiple continents, and as an Assistant State Attorney for the Sixth Circuit State Attorney's Office, focusing on prosecuting offenders and overseeing a truancy intervention program. Kristin holds a Juris Doctor with a Certificate of Concentration in Advocacy from Stetson University College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Criminology from Florida State University.
