Skye Bancroft

Skye Bancroft, M.Ed., is an experienced training professional with a career spanning over two decades in various leadership roles focused on enhancing training and development. Currently serving as Principal Trainer at First American Title since April 2015, Skye excels in improving communication and engagement aligned with strategic initiatives. Prior experience includes significant positions at FIS, where Skye led projects and redesigned training materials that boosted customer service scores, and at Mercury Insurance, where Skye managed a training and quality team while developing programs for new hires and leadership. Earlier roles at Teletech Holdings, Inc. and as a Resident Assistant at the University of Florida contributed to a strong foundation in training and organizational development. Skye holds a Ph.D. in Post Secondary and Adult Education, along with several degrees related to adult education and corporate training.
