Akua Boafowaa A. began their work experience in September 2019 as a Human Resources employee at Nestlé. Akua Boafowaa remained in this role until August 2020. In September 2020, they joined Nestle Ghana Limited as an HR Services Assistant but left in October 2020. In February 2021, they became a Market Risk Analyst at First Atlantic Bank Ghana, where they currently work.

Akua Boafowaa A. obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, from 2015 to 2019. Afterwards, they pursued a Master's degree in Economics from the same institution, starting in 2019 and completing it in 2021.
