Brooke Glass

Brooke Marshall Glass, CRCM, currently serves as the Compliance Committee Chair at the Missouri Bankers Association and has held the position of AVP Senior Compliance HMDA Reporting Officer at First Bank since November 2018. With a strong foundation in compliance, Brooke's previous roles include Senior Compliance Analyst at First Bank and Quality Control Analyst at Scottrade Bank, where responsibilities included conducting audits and developing quality control programs. Experience at Old Missouri Bank spans nearly a decade, encompassing roles as AVP & Compliance Officer and Loan Review Analyst, with contributions to compliance policy development and regulatory exam preparations. Brooke holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Missouri State University and completed the CRCM Boot Camp with the American Bankers' Association.
