Monique Dattilo

Monique Dattilo began their work experience in 1990 at First Bank as a Senior Vice President and later became the Director of Operations. Monique played a key role in employee engagement and collaboration at the central headquarters building and was a member of the Management Committee. In 2008, they were promoted to Senior Vice President Operations, where they managed various departments and implemented strategies for efficiency and innovation. In 2019, Dattilo joined First Bank Mortgage Services as the Chief Operating Officer.

Monique Dattilo has a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Business Administration and Management from Webster University. Monique also attended the University of Pennsylvania for a Graduate School program in Banking. In 2014, they completed a course in Commercial Credit at CFT.
