Pinkle Evangelio is an account manager at First Circle. Pinkle was previously a customer service executive at TaskUs from September 2017 to May 2018. As one of the pioneer customer service executives for a global campaign, they were responsible for voice and e-mail support. Pinkle also ensured that individual and team KPIs were met and responded to client concerns and demands to reach customer satisfaction.
