Lizzette Bahamon

Lizzette Bahamon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and development, instructional design, and program management. Currently serving as Intern Program Manager and Vice President at First Citizens Bank, Lizzette has previously held the position of Senior Learning and Development Learning Consultant at the same institution, where Lizzette also worked as Assistant Vice President. In addition, Lizzette has experience as Manager of Instructional Design at American Express and has contributed to academia as a Graduate Assistant and Adjunct Faculty Member at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Lizzette's early career includes a fellowship with the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute in the Department of Education.
