Samara Maloney

Samara Maloney, PHR, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Director of Human Resources at First Citizens Bank, Samara previously held notable positions including Vice President and AVP of Human Resources at CIT, and Human Resources Business Partner/HR Manager at Ocwen Financial Corporation. Samara's career also includes roles as Human Resources Generalist at Everbank and AVP of Recruitment & Selection at Merrill Lynch.
