Allyson Buckshaw, AGACNP-BC, AACC, currently serves as a Cardiac Electrophysiology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner at First Coast Heart & Vascular Center since January 2023. Previously, Allyson held the same position at Lehigh Valley Health Network from June 2017 to October 2022, following a role as a Cardiac Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse. Earlier experience includes working as an Emergency Room RN at Northwell Health and as a Registered Nurse at Stony Brook Medicine. Prior to extensive clinical experience, Allyson provided hospice care as a Hospice RN and held multiple nursing internships, including in critical and neurological intensive care units. Allyson's educational background includes a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and ongoing studies for a Master of Nursing at Molloy University, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Hartwick College.
