Shelby Watson

Shelby Watson is a Digital Marketing Specialist currently employed at First Co. since November 2023, with prior experience as the Manager of Social Media and Graphic Design at Ventamatic from April 2021 to September 2023. At Ventamatic, Shelby successfully identified key partnership opportunities, managed a marketing calendar that generated significant online sales, created various marketing materials for the sales team, and facilitated creative content production. As an eCommerce & Social Media Coordinator, Shelby collaborated directly with Home Depot buyers on campaigns, significantly reduced MAP violations, tracked inventory for eCommerce partners, and developed successful email marketing strategies that increased subscriber engagement. Shelby holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Marketing, graduating with Cum Laude Honors from the University of Saint Mary.
