Mark Galvan

Mark Galvan has a diverse work experience in the culinary industry. Mark began their career as a Sous Chef at Vail Resorts in 2009 and worked there until 2013. Mark then joined Linger Restaurant as a Sous Chef in 2012 and held the position until 2020. In 2015, they became the Lead Chef at First Descents, where they worked until 2022. From 2020 to the present, Mark has been the Owner of Zest & Savor LLC. Currently, they are working as a Research and Development Culinary Master at Youtopia since August 2022.
