Jim Kloss

Jim Kloss has extensive experience in the healthcare and benefits industry. Jim has held various leadership positions throughout their career.

Starting in 1995, Jim worked at Hewitt Associates as an Account Manager until 2000.

Jim then moved on to Buck Consultants at Xerox, where they served as the Director of BenefitWallet Account Management. In this role, they oversaw operations for large HSA clients, led implementation processes, managed staff, and participated in strategic planning. Jim stayed with Buck Consultants at Xerox until 2013.

From 2013 to 2016, Jim worked at Health Care Service Corporation as a Senior Manager in Consumerism Product Development.

In 2016, they joined BenefitWallet as the Director of Vendor Management. Two years later, they were promoted to Director of Health Plan Engagement and Business Development. Jim held this position until 2022.

Currently, Jim serves as the Director of Account Management at First Dollar, a position they started in April 2022.

Jim Kloss has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Illinois State University. Jim also studied US and European Economics at the University of the West of England. Additionally, Jim has obtained a certification as an HSA Expert from HSA Consulting Services, LLC.
