Carolina de la Ossa

Carolina De La Ossa has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Carolina started their career as a freelance piano teacher from January 2010 to February 2015. In 2015, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at Sykes Enterprises, Incorporated for six months.

Carolina then joined Concentrix in August 2016 as a Training Specialist. Carolina'sresponsibilities included providing floor support to trainees and conducting peer coaching sessions. Carolina worked closely with the Transition Team Lead to ensure trainees were adequately prepared for the workforce. Carolina held this role until July 2019.

From July 2019 to September 2020, Carolina worked as a Web Developer at BCD Meetings & Events. Carolina provided web development services, creating event registration websites using the company's content management software. Carolina also handled template management and customization.

Carolina's most recent role is with First Factory, where they started as a Junior Software Developer in July 2020. Carolina was involved in designing and implementing UI views and elements for the GMCNgine mobile application and the new public web platform. Carolina also redesigned the missing children banners and created mockups for client participation. Additionally, they published a private library for implementing banners in web and mobile repositories. Carolina was responsible for animating vector graphics on the website to enhance the user experience.

In July 2021, Carolina was promoted to the position of Software Developer at First Factory, where they continue to contribute their skills and expertise.

Carolina De La Ossa's education history begins with earning a Technical Degree in Web/Multimedia Management and Webmaster from Universidad Fidélitas, which took place from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Piano Performance from Universidad de Costa Rica UCR, which spanned from 2010 to 2014. Carolina completed their high school education at the Methodist School of Costa Rica, graduating with a High School Diploma between 1999 and 2009.
