Julio José Montero Flott has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Julio José began their career at IBM in 2007 as a Subject Matter Expert, where they were responsible for creating benefits and compensation reports and managing client escalations. From 2010 to 2014, they worked at ITS InfoCom as a Project Manager, overseeing project risks and managing the escalation process. At Link America from 2014 to 2019, they held the role of Opportunity Assurance Manager and Team Lead, where they coordinated international teams, ensured project completion and client satisfaction, and reviewed and approved new managed services deals. Julio José then joined Feuji Inc in 2019 as an Operations Manager, responsible for contributing to strategic plans, managing customer and vendor relationships, and implementing quality and customer service standards. Most recently, they have been working at First Factory since 2022 as a Client Experience Manager, where they build relationships with clients, coordinates meetings, and manages teams using the Scrum framework.

Julio José Montero Flott has a strong education background in business administration and management. From 2003 to 2007, they attended Universidad Latina de Costa Rica, where they obtained both a Bachelor's degree and a Licentiate degree in Business Administration. Following this, from 2008 to 2010, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the same institution, further advancing their knowledge in the field of Business Administration and Management.

In 2016, Julio enrolled in Universidad Internacional de las Américas, where they graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Economics in 2018. This diversified their academic portfolio and expanded their expertise beyond business administration.

Additionally, Julio José Montero Flott holds several certifications. In 2011, they obtained the "Colegiado" certification from the Colegio de Ciencias Económicas de Costa Rica, further validating their professional capabilities in the field of economics. Furthermore, they have obtained various certifications from CertiProf, including the Scrum Master Professional Certificate (V2020), Scrum Product Owner Certified (SPOC), Scrum Foundation Certificate (SFPC), Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification (LSSGBPC), and the Remote Work and Virtual Collaboration Professional Certificate (RWVCPC). Julio José also holds a Private Pilot License (PPL) obtained from DGAC - Costa Rica in 2023.
