Michael Goletz

Michael Goletz has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. Michael is currently serving as a Senior Vice President at First Financial Bank. Prior to this, they worked as a Managing Director at Clear Horizon Capital Advisors, where they focused on debt placement advisory and capital formation for small and middle market companies. Before that, they were the Director of Originations at White Oak Commercial Finance, where they provided asset-based revolving lines of credit and term loans. Additionally, they held the position of Senior Vice President at WNB Specialty Finance, where they originated asset-based lending solutions for middle-market companies. Michael also worked as a Vice President at GE Capital, where they originated and managed various debt and equity transactions for middle-market companies. Michael started their career at PNC Financial Services Group and National City Bank before joining Lehman Brothers as a Senior Sales Assistant.

Michael Goletz received a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Butler University in 2000. From 2003 to 2005, they pursued an MBA in Finance at Indiana University Bloomington.
