Mollie Starke-Fry

Mollie Starke-Fry has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Mollie started their career at Menards in 2009 as an HR Coordinator. Mollie then worked at Millikin University from 2008 to 2011 as an Assistant Director of Admission, where they were responsible for actively recruiting students and assisting them throughout the admission process. Mollie then joined MainSource Bank (now First Financial Bank) in 2012, initially as a Human Resource Generalist and later as a Wellbeing (Benefits) Administrator until 2018. Since 2018, they have been working at First Financial Bank as a Benefits and Wellbeing Manager and was recently promoted to the role of Director, Wellbeing & Total Rewards in June 2021.

Mollie Starke-Fry completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management at Millikin University from 2004 to 2008. Mollie then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at Indiana Wesleyan University from 2010 to 2012.
