Sean Kelleher

Sean Kelleher has extensive experience in commercial banking, with a focus on complex financing transactions and problem-solving. Sean has held various leadership roles at Fifth Third Bank, including Director of the ESOP Finance Group, where they advised company owners and bankers on Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs) and the complexities surrounding these transactions. Sean also served as Vice President in the Special Assets Group and Team Lead in the Commercial Real Estate Lending Division. Currently, they are the Managing Director of the ESOP Finance Group at First Financial Bank.

Sean Kelleher attended St. Joseph's College (IN) from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a double major in Finance and Marketing.
