Ben Weil

Ben Weil is an accomplished facilities and property management professional with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Since September 2005, Ben has served as the Sr. Facilities Manager at First Industrial Realty Trust, overseeing budgeting and execution of capital expenses, including tenant improvements and construction projects on a regional scale. Prior to this role, Ben held the position of Sr. Property Manager and Senior Operations Manager at Duke Realty Corporation from September 1990 to November 2004. Ben's educational background includes certifications in SMT and SMA from BOMI and a diploma from Goshen High School, complemented by training at Great Oaks CDC.
