Kevin Broglio

Kevin Broglio is a portfolio manager of the First Light Prism Fund and senior research analyst for the firm. He plays a significant role in the execution of the firm’s investment processes, identifying and analyzing prospective and existing portfolio investments for all First Light strategies.

Broglio has more than 20 years of experience in the investment industry, with the majority of his career focused on researching small- and mid-cap companies across the health care industry. Before joining First Light, he was a portfolio manager for Thrivent Asset Management’s small- and mid-cap growth funds. In addition, he served as a senior equity analyst following the health care sector for Thrivent. Prior to this position, Broglio was a principal and equity research analyst for Geneva Investment Management, where his coverage included all health care industries for the firm’s small-, mid- and all-cap strategies. Broglio also was an equity research analyst primarily focused on the health care sector for Wasatch Advisors, Inc., and an investment analyst for Cambridge Associates, LLC. He earned a master of business administration (MBA) degree from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a bachelor of science degree in business from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. Broglio also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) designation.
