Anthony Santiago

Anthony Santiago has a diverse work experience in the film industry. Anthony started as a Freelance Filmmaker in 2005, where they gained experience in various roles such as cinematographer, camera assistant, lighting technician, and dolly grip. Anthony worked with different camera formats and lighting and grip equipment.

In 2010, Anthony joined Columbia College Chicago as a Film/Video Adjunct Faculty, teaching Cinema Lighting and Camera classes. Anthony also served as the Media Production Center Studio and Equipment Coordinator, overseeing the operation of sound stages and an equipment rental facility. Anthony supervised a staff of part-time workers to assist with film production classes.

In 2013, Anthony worked as a Cinematography Instructor at Grand Valley State University during the summer film class. Anthony taught advanced-level students about the responsibilities of a cinematographer and worked on a short film as the Cinematographer.

Recently, in 2021, Anthony became the Head of Studio Operations at First Media US.

Anthony Santiago attended Columbia College Chicago from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Cinematography and Film/Video Production.
