Lauren Cooper

Lauren Cooper has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as Strategy Director at LADbible Group since November 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Planning at Sideshow Group from April 2021 to November 2021. Lauren also spent several years at Isobar, where they held roles such as Head of Strategy, Strategy Director, Associate Strategy Director, and Senior Strategic Planner from 2017 to 2021. Lauren has also worked as an AWARD School Tutor at AWARD School from April 2019 to December 2019. Before that, Lauren worked as a Senior Strategist and Strategist at We Are Social from 2015 to 2017. Lauren began their career as a Planner at Sony Music Entertainment, where they introduced a planning function to the Epic Records UK label from July 2013 to December 2014. Lauren also worked as an Integrated Planner and Planning Executive at Haygarth and its sister agency Toast London from 2010 to 2013, focusing on digital, social, and CRM accounts.

Lauren Cooper attended Kingston Grammar School from 1999 to 2006. Lauren then went on to pursue a degree in Psychology with Sociology at the University of Sussex, where they graduated with a 2:1 BA degree in 2009. In 2012, Lauren participated in the Account Planning Group (APG) Training Network. In 2014, they completed the IPA Strategic Planning Course.
