Rosie Holmes

Rosie Holmes is a Senior Planner at the First Nations Health Authority, leading the development, analysis, communication, and regional planning work for the Vancouver Island Region. Rosie is also the Senior Specialist at RQuality Consulting Services, providing health and accreditation consulting services for organizations in British Columbia. With extensive experience in project coordination and community development, Rosie has worked with various organizations such as Island Health, the Canadian Red Cross, and BCANDS. Additionally, Rosie holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Leadership from Royal Roads University.
