Kathrina L.

Kathrina L. has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Kathrina joined First Philippine Industrial Park, Inc. in 2021 as the Head of Consumer Business. Prior to that, they worked at First Philippine Holdings Corporation as a Senior Manager for Corporate Planning starting in 2017. Before that, they were with Republic Cement Services Inc. where they held roles as the Business Development Manager for Powerplants and Utilities from 2017 to 2017, and as a Sales, Roads and Infrastructure Segment from 2015 to 2017. From 2009 to 2015, Kathrina worked at Manila Water, where they held various roles including Product Innovation and Development Project Manager, Revenue Management and Assurance Manager, Integrator for 2013 Manila Water Rate Rebasing, Key Account Manager, and Senior Territory Manager. Their earliest known work experience was as a Research Associate at XMG Global in 2008.

Kathrina L. completed their education in a chronological order. In 2021, they attended the NUS Business School Executive Education and obtained a degree in Fintech: Innovation and Transformation in Financial Services. From 2012 to 2016, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of the Philippines, specializing in Business Administration. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2008, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from the same university.

In addition to their formal education, Kathrina L. also obtained several certifications. In August 2016, they became a Certified Financial Consultant from the Institute of Financial Consultants - Philippines. In May 2016, they completed the Financial Modelling Masterclass from the same institution. In March 2016, they gained the "Think on Your Feet" certification from People Ignite.
