Natalie Drane

Natalie Drane has extensive experience in IT service management, starting as an IT Operations Manager at Ridley AgriProducts in 2003. Natalie progressed through roles at companies such as Pink Elephant, Commander Managed Services, IAG, and Lucid IT, before becoming Principal Consultant and ITSM Practice Lead at DXC Consulting ANZ in 2009. Natalie then held positions at Tabcorp, Transurban, Qantas, and currently works at Aware Super as Head of Technology Operations. Their responsibilities have included service integration, service assurance, and delivery and improvement of service operations, showcasing their expertise in IT service management and leadership.

Natalie Drane completed their Advanced Diploma of Business Management at Swinburne University of Technology from 1999 to 2004. Natalie also obtained the ITIL Masters certification from Pink Elephant International in 2005. Additionally, they received certifications in IT Service Management from Lucid IT in 2010. In 2003, they completed an Advanced Diploma of Project Management at Planpower. Natalie has also attended various management courses at AIM Education & Training and Melbourne Business School.
