Victor Roncada

Victor Roncada has extensive work experience in various roles related to commercial and partnerships. Victor is currently the Head of Commercial & Partnerships at First Tech, where they started in November 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Partner and Head of Commercial at Tagata Moni from June 2022 to January 2024. Before that, they were a Partner and Manager of Sales & Partnerships at Pagaleve from January 2022 to November 2022.

Victor also has experience in national expansion and key account management. From February 2021 to January 2022, they served as the National Expansion | Growth Coordinator at Delivery Center. Victor was also a Key Account Manager at Delivery Center from July 2020 to February 2021.

Before these roles, Victor held various positions in different companies. Victor was a Regional Expansion Coordinator at SELFIT Academias from April 2019 to June 2020. Victor worked as a Business Development Manager at Grupo GTP from April 2018 to March 2019. Victor also served as a Commercial Manager at Hbr Realty Empreendimentos Imobiliarios from January 2017 to May 2018.

Additionally, they gained experience in the shopping center industry. Victor worked as a Key Account in Greenfields at Saphyr Shopping Centers from July 2015 to January 2017. Victor also worked as a Sales Executive at Iguatemi Empresa de Shopping Centers from January 2014 to August 2015 and at BRMalls/Shopping Center from October 2011 to October 2013.

Victor Roncada holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Digital Business from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, earned from 2020 to 2022. Victor also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Gestão Empresarial from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, obtained from 2016 to 2017. In addition, they completed a Post-Graduate program in Marketing and Integrated Communication from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie in 2010 to 2011. Victor Roncada holds a Bachelor's degree in Administration from Centro Universitário Ibero-Americano, awarded from 2000 to 2004.
