Evan Kass

Evan Kass is an experienced professional in credit risk management and analytics, currently serving as the Director at First Tech Federal Credit Union since December 2020. Evan's role includes overseeing credit risk analytics related to CECL, delinquency migration, and forecasting for collections operations, utilizing skills in SQL, R, Tableau, and statistical modeling. Prior positions include Senior Program Manager at the California State Treasurers Office, where responsibility for the allocation of private activity bonds was held, and Loan Officer at the Small Business Administration. Evan has extensive experience in credit risk management from previous roles as Credit Risk Manager at Golden 1 Credit Union and VP of Consumer Lending at Schools Financial Credit Union, among others. Evan holds a MS in Applied Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology, as well as a Certificate in Culinary Arts from the California Culinary Academy.
