Chastity Hyde

Chastity Hyde has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Financial Center Manager at First Horizon Bank, where they have been working since 2018. Chastity also held the same position at First Tennessee Bank from 2017 until their move to First Horizon Bank. Prior to their roles in banking, Hyde worked at Bank of America from 2008 to 2015, where they served as a Financial Center Operations Manager and was responsible for various tasks, including risk and operational management, customer experience, and talent management. Before joining the banking industry, Hyde worked at Verizon Wireless from 2005 to 2008, first as a Sr. Customer Service Representative and later as a Data Technical Coordinator, providing technical support and exceptional customer service.

Chastity Hyde obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus in Business Administration and Management, General from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) between 2000 and 2004. Later, they pursued further education and is expected to complete their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) between 2022 and 2024.
