Tom Sandt

Tom Sandt has extensive experience in the financial services industry, currently serving as a Wholesale Sales Specialist at First Trust since November 2019. Prior to this role, Tom held various positions at Citi from 1996 to the present, including Director of Equity Trading, where responsibilities included relationship management and business development across an 8-state territory, achieving significant revenue growth. Tom began a career in finance at Smith Barney from June 1994 to June 1996 as a Registered Investment Advisor, focusing on building investment portfolios for clients. Earlier in their career, Tom was a pitcher for the Waterloo Diamonds, an affiliate of the San Diego Padres, achieving a notable record and earned run average. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Northwestern University.
