Kris Zetterlund

Kris Zetterlund is a seasoned professional in food safety and quality management, currently serving as Director of Food Safety at First Watch Restaurants since July 2022. Additionally, Kris Zetterlund is the President of Zetterlund Consulting, LLC, established in December 2021. Prior experience includes over 27 years at Darden, where responsibilities ranged from Director of Total Quality overseeing food safety and sanitation across all Darden Restaurant brands to roles as Senior Manager and Total Quality Manager, focusing on food safety process development and significant contributions to food donation programs. Kris Zetterlund holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
