Greg Freeze

Greg Freeze has over 20 years of experience in human resources management. Greg'smost recent role was as the SVP, Director of Human Resources at FirstBank, where they led the HR department and supported the company's growth and strategic plan. Prior to that, they worked at AIG as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, where they played a key role in developing the HR function for Fortitude Re's separation from AIG. Greg also served as the SVP of Human Resources at Franklin American Mortgage Company, overseeing all HR functions for up to 1200 employees. Earlier in their career, Greg worked as the Director of Field Human Resources at O'Charley's Incorporated.

Greg Freeze attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where they studied Communications. In 2020, they obtained a certification in "Developing a Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Program" from LinkedIn.
