Ramya Ramamurthi

Ramya Ramamurthi started their work experience in 2005 at Mahindra Satyam as a Project Lead. Ramya then joined Polaris Financial Technology Limited in 2009 as a Senior Project Manager and later became an Executive Project Manager/Assistant Vice President. In 2016, they joined Virtusa as a Principal Consultant and subsequently became an Associate Director in 2021. Currently, in 2022, Ramya holds the role of Director, Customer Success at Quickplay.

Ramya Ramamurthi began their education at the University of Madras from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Science. Ramya then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Software Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University from 2003 to 2005. Additionally, Ramya has achieved several certifications throughout their career, including "Avoiding Common Pitfalls in Customer Success Management" from LinkedIn in April 2022, "Decision-Making in High-Stress Situations" from LinkedIn in March 2022, "Adobe Experience Manager Foundations: Sales Accreditation (P)" from Adobe in February 2022, "Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner" from IBM in April 2021, "SAFe for Teams Course (4.5)" from Scaled Agile, Inc. in May 2018, and "Case Manager 10.0" from Global 360 Inc in February 2006. Ramya also obtained a Post Master's diploma in Software Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University in June 2005. Furthermore, Ramya holds certifications as a "Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)" from Scrum Alliance, achieved in August 2021, and a "Certified SAFe 4 Practitioner" from Scaled Agile, Inc.
