Gina Marie Hawkins

Gina Marie Hawkins is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the banking and financial services sector. Currently serving as Vice President at Firstsource since March 2024, Gina previously held the position of Vice President - Client Partner at EXL from January 2022 to September 2023, where efforts to strengthen executive-level customer relationships and drive revenue growth were key contributions. Prior to that, Gina was with DXC Technology from January 2010 to January 2022, initially as a Sales Engineer and later as Global Offering Leader for Business Process Services, managing a $250M+ global portfolio focused on strategy, operations, and growth. Gina's career began at Guy Carpenter, where Gina worked as a Reinsurance Business Analyst from June 2006 to January 2010. Gina holds multiple Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Management from Rosemont College and CEFAM Centre d'Études Franco-Américain de Management.
